The Pollinator Project completes another milestone as they finish the construction of their 3rd pollinator garden at The UBC Kids Club! A special thanks goes out to educator Susan Damen for making this happen, and taking a step to help increase pollinator habitat in #Vancity.

Care:
Front Garden Bed:
Vancouver Jade is drought tolerant, meaning that it can survive for long period of time without water. We recommend that this garden bed be slightly watered once per month at minimum. As the Vancouver Jade Grows, it can take up large amounts of space. Prune them if the growth starts to interfere with the livelihood of the other plants in the area. They are perennial, meaning that they will grow back every year.
Back Garden Beds:
All plants in the back garden beds should be water on a daily basis, and pruned if growth interferes with the livelihood of other plants in the area. They are perennial, meaning that they’ll grow back every year.
